Our Wedding Celebrant Training has been devised and created to offer modern wedding celebrancy exercises, give updated knowledge and information relevant for wedding celebrants of the present and the future. You will learn how to create and narrate memorable and meaningful unique wedding, vow renewal and commitment ceremonies.
Our course materials are regularly updated and have all been written by us at Choice Celebrant Training.
We do not write courses for others, nor do we teach courses others have written.

Choose How to Learn
Online Learning
Potentially the most practical way to learn to become a Wedding Celebrant. Fitting around your current commitments and from home, no need to travel.
Wedding Celebrant Training Online Learning Agenda:
- One to one training over Zoom with your chosen trainer
- Welcome meeting with your trainer
- Learning resources and course schedule sent by email
- 8-9 (depending on pace of learning) weekly or fortnightly training sessions on Zoom with your chosen celebrant trainer at a time suitable to you both (availability allowing)
- Each training session is around 1.5 hrs in duration (allowance of 1hr 45 mins is recommended)
- Personalised directed learning
- Personal study and assignments assigned during each session, to be completed prior to the next session

Online Accelerated Learning
This is an intense way to learn without the need to travel. Ideal for those unable to commit to weekly/fortnightly sessions, or for those who want to complete the course in a faster time.
Wedding Celebrant Online Accelerated Learning Agenda:
- Welcome meeting with your trainer
- Learning resources and course schedule sent by email
- Completion of pre-course personal study exercise required
- 4 day course
- 3 days learning with your chosen celebrant trainer (7 hours per day)
- 1 day of personal study
- Personalised directed trained
- Additional further personal study and assignments assigned, to be completed before the next day’s session
Course Requirements

Group Learning
Wedding Celebrant Group Learning is aimed at those who prefer a social, classroom way of learning. Personalised ceremony learning may not always be possible on group training
Lunch and refreshments are included (please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking). Accommodation isn’t included as we give you the choice to where you prefer to stay.

Wedding Group Learning Course Agenda:
- Groups of up to 5 trainees
- Located in various easy to travel to city centre locations
- Scheduled dates
- Learning resources and course schedule sent by email
- Completion of pre-course personal study exercise required
- 4 days learning (7 hours per day)
- Additional further personal study and assignments assigned, to be completed before the next day’s session
- One post training group Zoom session required
