Our combined Wedding and Funeral Celebrant Training Course will enable you to create and narrate wedding and funeral ceremonies.
Celebrants create many more ceremonies than weddings, funerals, and naming ceremonies. This course option also includes the Life Events Module which gives you the choice to learn about different kinds of ceremonies rather than a standard expectation of learning about naming ceremonies as some other celebrant training companies include as standard.
Naming ceremonies aren’t of interest to all celebrants, so why learn about something you may not want to offer? (Of of course if you want to learn how to write naming ceremonies, we will teach you) Further information on this module can be found further down this page.
This course also includes information on starting and marketing your business, enabling you to start working straight away as a Wedding and Funeral Celebrant.

Celebrants create and narrate many ceremonies for various celebrations. There is far more to celebrate than weddings and renewal of vows. Our Life Events Celebrant Training will train and guide you into the creation and marketing of different ceremonies.
This course has two different options.

Choose one of these categories of ceremonies and you will design and create that specific ceremony on the course. The other two in that category will be discussed and advised of as part of this module.
This module includes information and learning about one unity ceremony of your choosing.

Online Learning
Potentially the most practical way to learn to become a Wedding and Funeral Celebrant. Fitting around your current commitments and from home, no need to travel.
Wedding and Funeral Celebrant Online Learning Course Agenda:
- Welcome meeting with your trainer
- Learning resources and course schedule sent by email
- 16-18 (depending on pace of learning) weekly or fortnightly training sessions on Zoom with your chosen celebrant trainer at a time suitable to you both (availability allowing)
- Each training session is around 1.5 hrs in duration (allowance of 1hr 45 mins is recommended)
- Personal study and course modules assigned during each session.
- Weekend and evening training sessions available.

Online Accelerated Learning
The fastest way to train to become a wedding, funeral and life events celebrants.
Wedding and Funeral Celebrant Accelerated Learning Course Agenda:
- Welcome meeting with your trainer
- Learning resources and course schedule sent by email
- Completion of pre-course personal study exercises required
- 8 days of learning (7 hours per day, divided over 2 weeks), with 2 days of personal study.
- Personal study and assignments given at the end of each day’s learning, to be completed prior to the next session
- This course also includes the Life Events Module
